Trump can simply run a populist campaign against the elites in DC and win. He has enough money to run a superior campaign than the elites can run.
All he has to say is that his justice dept will be very busy during his presidency, and BTW, very good at building. Will need a very big building to jail all those caught in corruptions in DC.
