I don’t care for Cosby. If and when he is found guilty do what you want. My point is you hang with rats you better watch out because you are going to catch something
Look, when I was in the Corps I’d get back to ship after liberty and hear about who had been beaten, who had been robbed, who contracted who knows what and it slowly dawned on me that none of that happened at the Louvre or the Smithsonian or the National Museum of Art where I liked to go. You hang out at the clubs and seek to schmooze with so called fame and bad things happen. I certainly do not excuse it. It is wrong to behave criminally toward anyone. But if you wish to avoid harm you avoid harmful situations.
Read about Arbuckle. As someone pointed out he was set up. I do not mean to suggest Cosby was but Arbuckle was a bit slimy, used people, womanized, etc. It jumped up and bit him.
Enough with this bizarre Arbuckle silliness.
Cosby was seen as an entertainment genius and producer, and major entertainment figure, a married father figure, not a “rat” or pervert, or serial rapist.
Why would the Operations Director of the women’s basketball team at Temple university where Cosby was on the board of directors, and a hero, expect to be drugged and raped by him?
If you ever quit rambling about Fatty Arbuckle and learn something about this five decade history of Cosby’s, you will find out some things.

Obviously she should have. He wasn’t all that wonderful. Robert Culp said he was the angriest black man he EVER met.
Arbuckle was famed and admired. He discovered Buster Keaton and Charlie Chaplin and was considered a pioneer in the industry, a major figure in Hollywood like, oh, I don’t know, Cosby.
Prior to Polanski’s party or Woody Allen marrying his wife’s adoptive daughter how many would have said negative things about them? Good golly. She was at a party hosted by High Hefner; what does he stand for other than sexual exploitation and the objectification of women? Why would someone of alleged family values be at a party like that?
That is some weird stuff that bounces around in circles, inside of your head.
I’ve never even heard of these channels. Maybe I do have a life.

There’s no reason for anything to be sealed.
One of the victims was invited over by Cosby and she said, "I have my daughter this weekend." He said, "Bring her!" So the lady and her daughter went over, had a nice dinner, Cos was a perfect gentleman. Of course, this was just a ploy on his part so she'd trust him. When she went back again by herself to go over lines for a role Cosby was offering her, he allegedly drugged her. There's no evidence that she was a terrible person or that she even wanted to have consensual sex with Cosby. Maybe some of the victims were bimbos or living on the edge, but I'm sure they neither wanted nor deserved to be drugged and raped.
Attitudes like the ones on these Cosby threads are the reason some women do not come forward after being raped. And when they finally do come forward years later, in order to support other victims, people say, "Well, why are they coming forward now?"
The admission he made some time ago certainly gives credibility to the accusations recently made against him.
