PHOENIX - A Phoenix man was arrested Tuesday for allegedly engaging in sexual acts with a 13-year-old girl and later leaving her in the street naked, according to court paperwork...After performing the acts, he told her to get out of his vehicle and left her naked in the street, according to paperwork. He reportedly drove off with her clothes, shoes and tablet.
