They aren’t stupid when it comes to getting their own way in this country - transforming it. They are clueless to the damage they cause, and don’t really care. They are on a mission.
They are in the realm of the illogical. But logic doesn't matter for the true believing ideologues. Notice they never prototype anything. Without getting too into the weeds a dear friend relayed a story about a head engineer that told them, I love to make our prototypes and mules, we break them, and learn, and our product to the customer is safer. These folks are willy-nilly changing things without thinking about cause and effect, like a great engineer would. They don't care about the final effect, control and power are is their everything. G-d help us...
