War on women! Or something.
Watch the left push to change the criteria.
Well, I see the problem right away. The standards must be unreasonably high. /s
How about trannies? Any of them make it?
Surprising no one who gets it.
“WHY didn’t any women finish Ranger School? “
umm, because they’re women? Just a thought.
Yes, the standards are going to have to be dropped if any woman is going to get through.
Mebbe they could be `Rangerettes’,
you know:
wear fetching costumes and
hand out Dixie cups of water to
the real candidates?
(I just wanna hep .... )
Voice Mail on White House answering maching: “If you are calling to remind President Obama that “You told him so!” about women not being able to qualify for Ranger School, please don’t bother. You have already been preceded by 500 other Rangers before you.”
Jeff Foxworthy’s aunt Rose could have passed the “pee for distance” requirement.
There are daily status briefings on these female students from the RTB Commander up the chain. Take it to the bank.
I’d gladly buy any of them a drink anytime.. But no arm wrestling.. Or body flings.
the rangers should create a cheerleader squad. the wimminfolk can join that. then they could make the men a sammich.
heh.
Anyone want to take bets on when there’ll be a rule passed requiring a certain number of female Rangers (or other Special Forces members)?
Mountain phase will do them in. It caused me to cycle out twice. Never got my tab. Lots of good, strong men never get their tab. Mountain phase is a Hillary.
“And how long before the standards ?”
Maybe they could get a “Junior Ranger” badge and a decoder ring.
Sadly the next step will be to lower the standards so females can pass the course.
Its one thing to talk about female Rangers or Navy Seals if they have to pass the exact same rigorous course as the men. But its a very different situation if we are going to lower standards just to say that females are Rangers or Seals.
When I played intramural basketball, one night we let the wives and girlfriends of the players play on the teams. These were young women who were stars on their college basketball teams, making all-conference and such. It was no contest. The girls simply couldn’t compete. They couldn’t run, they couldn’t jump, they couldn’t rebound with the guys. They were short. They were slow. They had no power. Yet, competing among girls, they would have been very good.
“Two years ago, Army Gen. Martin E. Dempsey, the nations top military officer, laid down an edict on the Obama administrations plan to open direct land combat jobs to women: If women cannot meet a standard, senior commanders better have a good reason why it should not be lowered.
Today, the Dempsey rule appears to have its first test case.
The Marine Corps just finished research to see if female officers could successfully complete its rigorous Infantry Officer Course.”
