The judge would immediately throw it out. The CBS gives Goodell the power to suspend players.

I agree!

The report has so many qualifiers in the wording (probably, could have, might have) with no concrete proof it's ridiculous. If Goodell had any integrity he would have come out and said "we will never know" and left it at that.

I agree. No hard evidence.. what the heck is going on in this world today? They are destroying the reputations of people with no evidence and no trial.... crazy!

Brady is a public figure. It’s almost impossible. He’d have to have documents clearly stating that this was done through malice, and get through the arbitration language of his contract to even have a shot.
