A man seen on security camera video assaulting a 13-year-old girl after forcing his way inside her home has been arrested, according to a source close to the investigation.
Investigators believe the same person who sexually assaulted a woman in a grocery store restroom last month.
The suspect – described as a white man about 30 years old with a medium height, a thin build and a beard – was arrested in the East Bay Friday morning, according to the source.
He has not yet been identified.

Put him in general population and let them administer prison justice. No mercy for pedo’s or rapists.
Fortunately he is only an attempted rapist.
Naturally, the perp is described as "a white man" -- had he been black, he wouldn't have been described that way. Best to keep an eye on this as it develops a little more, see in what country the "white man" was born.
