I'm happy for them...hope mom and baby are doing well. We can mock and deride all we want, but the fact remains that the English monarchy is one of the last vestiges of historical Western civilization, which is dying.

In Britain, the monarchy long cultivated financial ties with the Arab petrostates and therefore supported mass Muslim immigration to Britain. Similarly, in order to keep on good terms with African business interests, the monarchy supported mass Black immigration to Britain.

Well, quite. The British Monarchy is a powerful symbol of stability and tradition in a world that seems to sneer at both.

It enjoys huge popularity in the UK, so it exists with the will and support of the people. I am hoping that the new princess will be named Charlotte. George IV’ s daughter, Princess Charlotte of Wales, was much beloved and her early death was mourned just as passionately in Georgian Britain as Princess Diana’s was in 1997.
