The only thing I agree with is paying for education. This would require that teachers actually be good at their jobs as the student/parent would be able to decide where to spend their money, as opposed to having it dictated to them. The rest is just a liberal socialist teachers dream world.
We are already being forced to support a severely broken education system. Your proposal just makes it worse.
