Frederick’s should have followed Victoria's Secret and had tons of soft porn commercials inundating TV shows. Especially football games and other mens sporting events.

I used to work in the same building in Hollywood where their headquarters was in. The only fat/ugly gals in the whole building were the ones who worked in that office. But, sometimes the models would be going up there in the elevators, and that was always fun.
The House of Blues also had their HQ in our building... whenever the elevator opened on that floor you were treated to a dreamy, blue ambiance emanating from their offices.

It sells well. FOH never adjusted to the competition. They were always expensive and the quality was generally lacking. And they never got over their “nudge nudge wink wink” attitude at the store, poorly lit, under trained sales people with no comprehension that on some level this stuff has to actually be functional. It’s kind of amazing it’s taken them this long to hit the dirt, this handwriting has been on the wall a good 20 years.
