Detroit is indeed seeing a rebirth but it's beginning from its center and spreading outward

I just wish conservatives were bright enough to seize the opportunity and claim the credit.

The locals complain about Detroit becoming a rich man's playground but I say its the best thing to happen to the city since the 40s.

My sister and her family live in the Shores and they go downtown all the time for hockey games and dining. They absolutely love it down there...........

As a side note, a black friend of mine who worked in my plant as a jig and fixture builder owns a restaurant downtown...as well as a number of hair styling salons throughout Detroit.
