Back when the big concern was to suppress marijuana growing operations, why wasn’t it thought of to try to spread regular hemp pollen as far as possible, spoiling the pot?
It wouldn’t necessarily spoil the first generation; just make it full of seeds. I guess today’s hippies aren’t the hardy frontier type hippies of the 60’s that could clean the seeds out of their weed. And if you’ve never had a seed explode in a joint...well....it’s a bummer, as the kids say.
