If they are going to allege something wrong, they need to provide better examples. If this is all they've got, then their report is just hype.

I personally don't put much credibility into anything coming from the Holder Justice department. They went in looking for a racist scapegoat, and when they couldn't find one, they made one.

A report of police abuses such as this is probably more common than one would hope for. But the responsibility for such abuse does not lie solely with the specific enforcement body. A system like this cannot succeed without a compliant judiciary. I have personally seen a case where the officer wrote a citation for an infraction which never happened. The Officer committed his first felony by submitting the ticket for processing (false police report). The second felony occurred when he perjured himself in a written deposition and then verbally under oath in the court room. The third felony was one of conspiracy which he entered into with the Justice of the Peace. The cited violation?...talking on a cell phone while vehicle was in motion (totally bogus, phone record was blank for the date in question). The real reason for the citation?...having a perfectly legal radar detector on the dashboard.
