Many officers are quick to escalate

I'm not sure I've seen a de-escalation since I was a kid. The days of Adam 12 and Dragnet are long gone....and god forbid you have a dog or an autistic child

I watched a vid last nite of a cop threatening to arrest some ladys dog in her car because another shopper was scared of it.

I’ve seen the police de-escalate many times in my work as a volunteer EMT. There are some towns left where they still do it right.
