I think the Inglewood stadium would be built with all private money, not taxpayer dollars. Kroenke, the owner of the Rams, is a multi-billionare married to a woman who is richer than he is. She is a Walton. The city of Inglewood will only collect taxes. Kroenke can assume all of the risks and keep all of the profits. That is the way it should be.

Spanos and the Chargers are another story. Spanos wants hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars.
