I certainly can't tell from the face or figure, but 1 Corinthians 11 says that women are to keep their heads covered (and men, their heads uncovered) in the Christian church. But how one can infer she is 'leading' anything is pure speculation out of the mind of the beholder. Perhaps she is praising, prophesying, or just breaking out in 'jazz hands'.
