You’ve got to feel for the folks working behind the McDonald’s counter. How they were able to keep their composure I’ll never know. Bravo for them. I would have called the cops about one minute into that video.

When of the easiest way to get even with a rabid customer and make their head explode is to just smile and keep repeating "I'm so sorry" and as their leaving tell them "You have a nice day now, OK". The last is really fun because they will keep turning and give you the opportunity to repeat it.
The homeys’ here in Hollywood do the same. They try to act they’re some big shot and embarrass the McD crew when they get a chance. Funny they drive a beat up Cavaliers and make a big fuss about coffee and cause delays when ordering.
Then again, I;ve seen worse from these pukes when it’s Two Dollar Tuesdays at Popeye’s..
Appears to be a slam-dunk case of disorderly conduct, an arrestible offense.
