Does that mean the black men will change too? Of course not but now the officers be viewed as weak and the fun will begin. They could be much more effective if the parents would hold their children accountable and enforce discipline; in other words just do their jobs.

Yep and the current administration, Soros, the UN, and ISIS / Islam are fast owaring us right into it. All predicted in Revelation in the bible and yet athiests still deny there is a God.
The thing is, the US is founded on the Constitution. The constitution is founded on God given rights to a single citizen and we are all to be treated equal and the law is to be applied equally.
What this means is that any “law” that supports or condemns members of any “group” of citizens is unconstitutional. This is why the ERA was such a fiasco and Affirmative action was eventually wiped out.
And this means that regarding the treatment of “blacks” by representatives of the government is only relevant on a case by case basis. Two men of the same race can be arrested for identical crimes on the same night in the same neighborhood. One may have been blatant racism while the other was a righteous arrest.

Cops can learn from past experiences. Those past experiences tell the cops that blacks are far more likely to be criminals than whites, and thus are rightfully seen as more probably criminals than whites.
Cops also learned that orientals are far less likely than blacks to be criminals.
Cops even learned that Jews were also unlikely criminals.
What the article demonstrates is that while a cop on the street can learn from experience, the FBI head evidently can’t, nor can the Regime.
