Stories about adverse effects of the new law are greatly exaggerated. Pueblo is my home town. I have family there and visit often. As the article states, most of the legal weed is purchased by out of state folks.
The biggest grow shop is in Pueblo, conveniently located at the end of an off ramp on I-25. The customers are not homeless bums, quite the contrary.
Do not let facts ruin your preconceived notions.

Can CO citizens legally grow their own? If so, all the pot dealers could go under (?).

Another year before any social conclusions can be drawn IMO.
Financially, what effect is it having?
What’s an ounce of good, but not “dyno-mite!”, weed cost?
