It has a map which shows boundaries for the local leagues, but I don't know if they are before or after JRW's land grab. (The map is pretty big so I just gave a link.)

Does anyone have any idea of the population of one of these districts? I remember playing when I was a kid and if we took the all-stars of the league we wouldn't have been close to those kids, but our entire league's population base was a few thousand.

Or team is from a city of 6500 and we got third in the state,beat in the semis by guess who...... JR.

i’m guessing (pretty accurately, i surmise) that the population of any one of those districts is well over 100,000
