A Massachusetts man faces multiple charges after allegedly shooting cars left in parking spots that had been shoveled of snow, days after two feet of snow blanketed the town.
Jose Osorio was arrested Friday after witnesses reported he fired multiple shots at two parked cars that were parked in shoveled spaces on a street in Fall River, Massachusetts.

In '78, during the Chicago Blizzard, a raggedy assed kitchen chair in a shoveled out parking spot was the acknowledged indicator that if you parked there, you were going to be noted in the Tribune...

Exactly, it is an unwritten LAW, if you shovel out a spot it is yours. Tycally the shoveler leaves a chair or something to indicate that spot is saved. IMHO they are lucky he did not start them on fire.
FYI, Fall River, Ma is full of illegals. It has been a dump for thirty plus years. They have been trying to give it an urban renewal for ten plus years. It is full of old factory buildings. The only reason to go there is Battlship Park. The USS Massachusetts(WWII battleship) a WWII PT boat, a Russian submarine are all there. I went there when my son was a cub scout.
