It appears so far, judging by the comments so far, some were not as well blessed with a Father like mine.

I, on the other hand, feel like I have done very poorly. I did not manage to teach my children this.... that life is full of Bull and if you don’t learn to cope with it you will fail. You can’t run fast enough or far enough or hide deep enough to get away from it unless you resolve to be a hermit. Even then there are the elements and the general struggles of life.

The three things I admire most about my father is he always treated my mother with respect,he worked hard (damn hard) and he had a heart as big as all outdoors.To whatever degree I can be called a respectable man...99% of the credit goes to my mother and father.They taught me well...both with words and by example.
