Targeted and outgunned by homegrown terrorists, cops throughout Europe are demanding a serious boost in firepower.
In France, police say the Jan. 7 massacre at the Charlie Hebdo magazine office showed cops lack the firepower, protective gear and training to guard against terrorists packing high-powered assault weapons. Police in Belgium and Britain also want a boost in firepower.

It must be only the criminals they are talking about.
Strange though, it seems laws restricting fire arms usage does not limit the use of said firearms in the hands of people who are already criminals.

They need to have better gun control laws. Or better yet, make it illegal to murder someone.

The last time I was in Italy, the local cops were ragged, fat, donut crunchers. The state police carried machine pistols and and were steel eyed SOBs.

A kid with a pea shooter has more firepower then those disarmed police officers. They better change their ridiculous policy before dead cops start to pile up on the streets. They are making it too easy for the terrorist.
