A recent survey by the Oklahoma State University Department of Agricultural Economics found that 80.44% of respondents supported a government policy mandating labels on foods containing DNA. Not GMOs. DNA, the genetic material contained in every living thing known to science and practically every food, GMO or otherwise.

I don’t know which is worse, those who created the silly petition or those who signed it.
It’s like saying “I don’t want chemicals in my food”, as if carbon compounds aren’t chemicals.

Years ago, I think it was Jay Leno who had a petition in scientific language to ban what was actually water.
People in droves were signing it.
The average person polled is not really paying attention to the question. They just want to to stop talking so they can move on without being openly rude. This kind of person will take a cue from the tone of voice used by the questioner. Many times people are very suggestible. If the questioner asks something with a overtones of tension ,anger of disgust, the signer says NO. If the questioner asks while smiling, calm and relaxed, the signer says YES.
This is perfect evidence that our public school system has succeeded in not teaching students how to think.
Makes people more easily led to open the arms of tyrants.

This is scary. Since everything organic that we would eat contains DNA, these ignoramuses apparently (1) don’t know what DNA is or (2) will sign anything put in front of them. That’s how we ended up with JVers like Odungo, Pelousy, Harry Greid and the rest of the pond scum currently occupying themselves with destroying this country. Idiots like the aforementioned polled persons voted them in and keep doing so.
