The US / China trade balance appears to be heading for setting, another (bad) record this year.
Go into any store. Pick up anything. Anywhere.
Odds are it is imported, from China.

Sad truth and reality. We don’t have a government FOR THE PEOPLE any more...long time actually. But the people just let it continue to happen. The power of the ballot is immense and so is the power of the tax dollar — the people need to use both to restore a Constitutional government.
Buy Heineken. Support the Dutch.
I have a grudge against the Dutch at the moment.

Do what the founders did. Spend less than the revenue the government takes in. Levy high tariffs on imported goods. Pay off the debt. Keep the federal government small. No individual income tax. Back the currency with gold and silver. Keep the standing army and navy small. Stay out of foreign treaties and wars.
Doing all of the above the nation prospered. Plenty of jobs and a free society that attracted hard working, self reliant people from around the world.
The prescription for ruin - open markets, low tariffs, big government, high income taxes, paper money, interventionist foreign policy, huge military, and welfare dependency.
