I was commenting on the words he spoke as well. Not a single word he spoke described any Biblical aspect of Jesus Christ.
that is not what Obama said or wants us to believe
the “meaning of Jesus “ in the Koran is that of a human prophet, minor compared to muhammed.
muslims do not worship a God who would stoop to incarnate himself in flesh, among mankind.
Just sayin’
We all don’t “worship the same God”. One of us has got it quite wrong.
What? “O” is going to tell US about Christianity?
The student (stooge) of Mr. ‘God Damn America”? Really?
“Iman O” again tries to preach his corrupted Islamicist distortion of Christian faith to us.... Alas! It hurts the ears to even have to hear it....
Pray for America!
Pray, Pray, Pray this guy goes home to Indonesia or Kenya or Uranus in January 2017
ps: and let’s also pray for O,
that he escape from his lifetime of IslamoNazi (and communist) brain-washing
and meet....and welcome the true (Judeo=Christian, Biblical) God into his life for a change...for his future life...
far, far, far better for him than Allah/Satan-worship! (and far better for us all as the Calife’s “subjects”)...
Jesus DID teach us all of that stuff.
He just did not teach us that it was Government’s job.
Where did Jesus “travel with a message of empathy and understanding” (which indicates tolerating amorality and immorality)? Jesus’ message was that of repentance. He showed zero tolerance to those who were supposed to know better, remember. Where is Obama’s message of repentance towards God?
I'm far from a biblical scholar, but doesn't Christianity suggest that we care for all, not just a few key focus group segments?
FALSANI: What do you believe?
OBAMA: I am a Christian.
So, I have a deep faith. So I draw from the Christian faith.
On the other hand, I was born in Hawaii where obviously there are a lot of Eastern influences.
I lived in Indonesia, the largest Muslim country in the world, between the ages of six and 10.
My father was from Kenya, and although he was probably most accurately labeled an agnostic, his father was Muslim.
And I’d say, probably, intellectually I’ve drawn as much from Judaism as any other faith.
FALSANI: Do you pray often?
OBAMA: Uh, yeah, I guess I do.
Its’ not formal, me getting on my knees. I think I have an ongoing conversation with God. I think throughout the day, I’m constantly asking myself questions about what I’m doing, why am I doing it.
FALSANI: Do you have people in your life that you look to for guidance?
OBAMA: Well, my pastor [Jeremiah Wright] is certainly someone who I have an enormous amount of respect for.
It never says we subsidize all. There are different means of caring, and none of them suggest that they make any dependent or into wards, thus centralizing the government.
Just because the Bolsheviks abused 2 Thessalonians 3:10 for their own twisted interpretation (compare Article 12 of the 1936 USSR constitution) does not mean the principle is invalidated as written in the Bible.
Take note of “marginalized and those who are different from ourselves”. Obama does not say anything outside of a leftist context.
FALSANI: The conversation stopper, when you say you’re a Christian and leave it at that.
OBAMA: Where do you move forward with that?
This is something that I’m sure I’d have serious debates with my fellow Christians about. I think that the difficult thing about any religion, including Christianity, is that at some level there is a call to evangelize and prostelytize. There’s the belief, certainly in some quarters, that people haven’t embraced Jesus Christ as their personal savior that they’re going to hell.
FALSANI: You don’t believe that?
OBAMA: I find it hard to believe that my God would consign four-fifths of the world to hell.
I can’t imagine that my God would allow some little Hindu kid in India who never interacts with the Christian faith to somehow burn for all eternity.
FALSANI: Who’s Jesus to you?
(He laughs nervously)
OBAMA: Right.
Jesus is an historical figure for me, and he’s also a bridge between God and man, in the Christian faith, and one that I think is powerful precisely because he serves as that means of us reaching something higher.
And he’s also a wonderful teacher. I think it’s important for all of us, of whatever faith, to have teachers in the flesh and also teachers in history.
“(O)f whatever faith” . . . and won’t say that Jesus is the Son of God. Very interesting. Falls right in with every Koranic declaration that “Allah has not taken unto himself a son”.
obama the rationalizer that he knows more than your god, will have an interesting chat with his god someday about his support for abortion, especially his work as a legislator in denying medical care to babies born alive after abortion
the fact is putzes like obama have been exposed to the works and teaching of Christ, and if they choose to reject and deny Him, face greater repercussions than a child or someone from another culture who has not had the same exposure and been able to make the same choices
I thought that at first too but then I remembered that Obama is a muslim so he probably thinks of himself as the 12th mahdi and that Jesus will return to proclaim islam is the one true religion, kill and behead the unbelievers and make war against Israel.....
Natural logic would have had him phrasing it that way. But that wouldn’t have muddled the waters enough for his tastes.
