If a performer uses a wireless, clever people can use a scanner or other receiver to get “vocals only” audio. You don’t need disgruntled audio engineers.

Looks to me like she dumps her in ear monitors halfway through. They could have been “faulty” or the mix was not right (because she didn’t have a rehearsal) or the audio guys could have been screwing with her.
