Since October 1996 there has been no global warming at all (Fig. 1). This month’s RSS temperature plot pushes up the period without any global warming from 18 years 1 month to 18 years 2 months (indeed, very nearly 18 years 3 months). Will this devastating chart be displayed anywhere at the Lima conference? Don’t bet on it.
The hiatus period of 18 years 2 months, or 218 months, is the farthest back one can go in the RSS satellite temperature record and still show a sub-zero trend.
What will the chart look like this time next year, at the beginning of the Paris world-government conference, at which the Treaty of Copenhagen will be dusted off and nodded through by the scientifically illiterate national negotiating delegates of almost 200 nations, ending the freedom and democracy of the West and putting absolute economic and political power in the hands of the grim secretariat of the UN climate convention?

Today’s teenagers in college have never felt a single day of global warming yet. But have experienced 18 years of two months of continuous global government propaganda every day of their lives.
This is an odd gimmick to this ‘collection ‘ of data.
Let’s say you have 1,000 sites which collect termperatures, and the average come out to say that the overall year was warmer than the past ten.
Then you ask about the 1,000 sites individually. What you would find is maybe three hundred of the sites were significantly up, and the remainder were mostly all normal. What’s the story?
So, you dig into this and find that three warm front over that summer got stalled and simply stood still over these individual sites for ten days rather than the normal five days. You find three of these events over the whole summer. Does it really mean that the Earth is warming? No, stalled heat fronts over the summer simply made hotter than normal periods.
The same would occur with these arctic fronts....like we saw last year for two to three weeks over the center part of the US. By stalling, they pumped up the statistics. Is a stall or slow movement part of climate change, global warming, or global chilling? It’s physically impossible to connect a stalled system to any gimmick science.
That’s why pauses or stalls....really aren’t much of a real gauge on such things.
18 years is almost as long as the “original” 1976 - 1998 “global warming” trend that “was” the evidence.
Global average temperature is 0.25 higher than the 1970-1990’s baseline.

Note that the data reflected in this chart is from satellites, not from ground stations.
What pause?
Kind of like this articlefrom science magazine that uses data only from 1981 to forcast the climate for everywhere.
Kind of like picking and eating a pea from a bowl of vegetable soup then claiming to be an expert on all the soups in the world.
In 5 years our winters will be so bad and endless, that the global warmers will all be looked upon as being insane. We will be a few years into the low activity phase of the solar cycle. Predicted to be one of the worse in modern times. The warmists are basically doubling down and getting what ever they can before the scam ends.
I live near Lake Tahoe and the weather cycle over the last couple years has given us milder Winters and Summers.....I killed a mosquito a few days ago

The Great Lakes are setting very long term records for being so cold right now. They are the remnants of the last ice age in north america. And some of the largest lakes in the world. Tiny oceans if you will.
