I don’t think he was frustrated - I think he feared for his life. That said, if the protestors didn’t disrupt other peoples’ lives, they wouldn’t get the attention their parents never gave them.

It looked to me like the guy on the hood broke the windshield so yes, the driver was fearing for his life. If that crowd would have pulled him out it wouldn’t have been to give him a hug.
