Question: why didn’t she report the rape? Considering that it happened more than once? Just a question, not an allegation against the girl.
Probably out of shame or fear. Who knows? That would totally mess with your head.

Teachers are authority figures. She was probably scared to death no one would believe her.
Well apparently she was doing community service under his supervision. So I’m guessing she was already in sonme trouble with the court, and this guy was authority over her.
If so, she probably didn’t feel she could tell anyone or he would give the court a bad report on her. It sounds like this guy had a lot more authority over her than just a normal teacher.
Probably consensual but because of her age it was rape.
And we are supposed to know the answer to that....how??????
