Obama, with his megalomania
Won’t suffer the dread nostomania
Home’s wherever he is
And he’ll just take care of biz
Feed his ego and Michelle’s kleptomania

A sad characteristic of Washington denizens is that few ever experience nostomania and even then it is the wrong ones that do.

And it's not autocorrect, but it made me laugh yesterday when I was hunting for discussion questions for my book club. I went to Lit Lovers and searched for the title Finding Salvation at the Dairy Queen and it asked if I meant Fountain's Halftime and the Drag Queen instead. Um, no.

LOL, I thought that question was for me. Been doing shakes and limited meals. I feel so much better. Was eating too much comfort food with the stress this last year. Time to pay the piper.

Christmas causes nostomania
From California to Pennsylvania
But in Ferguson they are looting
You can hear the guns shooting
They burned their hometown in hysteria.

I am still laughing. Last night while Obama rambled on, the split screen showed his sons rioting and burning down their town. PERFECT imagery. I can’t help it. Someone got thrown under the bus this morning for allowing that. I saw Laura Ingraham on FOX and Friends this morning opining on that image as well. It was perfect. On all then networks, too. OMG....I can’t stop laughing.

I am going to LIVE IT UP by having gravy on my turkey : ) I will forego the starchy vegetables and have salad and “healthy” vegetables instead. xsteen and I are planning what we are taking up to Philly; she's going to make brussel sprouts and I will make the roasted asparagus.
