You need either a Social Security card, or a passport, along with a SECOND form of ID to shovel snow? But, not to vote?

This is the first year since 1981 (or 1980?) that the high school state football tournament will hold it’s semi-final and final games outdoors. My husband’s team plays this weekend...I will not be hauling the kids out to watch when it is this cold.
