Amnesty. Then some more EPA-type regulations. Then a golf Czar.
Amnesty will be the big one. Everything else will probably be small potatoes in comparison.
I also suspect Obama will have a number of unusually controversial pardons as his final acts in office come 2016. Every Prez raises eyebrows with these, but I suspect Obama will have several on the scale of Clinton’s Marc Rich pardon.
Beyond that...I’m gonna to say just the usual political payoffs to supporters. Jarret will get a sweet deal or two, and so on.
Whitey-hater Thomas Perez as DOJ AG, to help Obama implement Amnesty... On the road to a permanently Democrat majority in any upcoming election.

Eric Holder is now stuck in office for two more years because no confirmed replacement can get approved
Congress is so mired in investigating Fast and Furious, IRS prosecution of conservatives, arming of Syrian rebels and ignoring ISIS that not much gets done in the next two years
Continued purges of the military like the nuclear command
President ramps up vacations and photo-ops to avoid being available for questioning by Congress
Lots more political persecution by the bureaucracy Obama controls, like repeated IRS audits, EPA reviews of personal property, DHS sent in to investigate people, every Republican major donor on do not fly lists, etc. What happened to True the Vote in Houston’s founder, but on a much wider scale.
Shut downs of monuments, public venues and so forth in the name of security or cost savings
