Executive Order 12452--Revised list of quarantinable communicable diseases

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and laws of the United States of America, including Section 264(b) of Title 42 of the United States Code, it is hereby ordered as follows:

Section 1. Based upon the recommendation of the National Advisory Health Council and the Assistant Secretary for Health of the Department of Health and Human Services, and for the purposes of specifying certain communicable diseases for regulations providing for the apprehension, detention, or conditional release of individuals to prevent the introduction, transmission, or spread of communicable diseases, the following named communicable diseases are hereby specified pursuant to Section 264(b) of Title 42 of the United States Code: Cholera or suspected Cholera, Diphtheria, infectious Tuberculosis, Plague, suspected Smallpox, Yellow Fever, and suspected Viral Hemorrhagic Fevers (Lassa, Marburg, Ebola, Congo-Crimean, and others not yet isolated or named).

Sec. 2. Executive Order No. 9708 of March 26, 1946, Executive Order No. 10532 of May 28, 1954, and Executive Order No. 11070 of December 12, 1962, are hereby revoked.

I guess Obama only writes Executive Orders; he clearly does not read them. At the end of Section of E.O. 14452 is a list of those communicable diseases for which people are to be quarantined. Notice that after "Viral Hemorrhagic Fevers" is a list "Lassa, Marburg, Ebola, Congo-Crimean, and others not yet isolated or named". Yet Obama is allowing people who have been exposed to Ebola into the country and then allowing them to wander around.

He has not amended or repealed that Executive Order. But, like everything else, he does What he wants to do. Formalities not necessary.

Federal isolation and quarantine are authorized for these communicable diseases:

• Cholera
• Diphtheria
• Infectious tuberculosis
• Plague
• Smallpox
• Yellow fever
• Viral hemorrhagic fevers
• Severe acute respiratory syndromes
• Flu that can cause a pandemic

Federal isolation and quarantine are authorized by Executive Order of the President.

If I were a betting man, I'd say that the Obola and gang are letting the various invaders with all their pathogens in and have them travel throughout our country (actually shipping them to all 57 states!) to inoculate the most amount of people in all parts of our country.

This is George W Bush executive order - does anyone know as far as whose EO trumps whose order? Or does Obama’s pen matter - he put out an EO in July 2014 (listed on the thread below)
