This can not be good publicity for Carnival Cruises. It certainly makes me say that you could not PAY me to take a cruise right now.

(You can't get Ebola on a bus but if you are infected you can give Ebola to someone on a bus. WTH?)

Maybe she swallowed the propaganda hook line and sinker. It’s hard to catch. Others won’t catch it in a bus or plane. If you wore the gear and followed the CDC protocols you were at very little risk.
Health care workers were apparently allowed to disrobe and go to other rooms to take care of non-Ebola patients. After all, people from Ebola Land are allowed to travel into the USA every day-so travel must be ok./s
It’s truly frightening to think that any health care worker could be so ignorant of true quarantine techniques that work.

If she called the CDC several times she was doing nothing more than trying to reinforce her own denial process but at the same time she was delaying the start of her treatment which might have saved her life What a bizarre mindset.

same behavior we saw in Patrick Sawyer, who phoned colleagues to call the hospital to say he couldn't have ebola, and in spite of symptoms, pulled out his IVs and fought with hospital staff to go catch a plane for a meeting
