Of course it is a world wide problem, and a horrific one. No where that I can see in my post #6, (back to BfloGuy’s #4), did I infer in any way that I was only referring only to the USA in figuring that one million total as seemingly high. Heck, the very first sentence of the article itself quotes an “international” expert. I read into it right away that he/they were discussing a world’s total number right there from the git go! And I still pray that number is to high, (ONE is to high!), as abuse of children, in any Country or Nation, in any form is pure evil in my mind.
Not really. Passed around is very hard to do. Of course individual web sites can be monitored but who started the image, where did it come from? We may find people in possession of images but we really want the pervert who took them.

In America we do at least try to stop it. In some countries it is actually legal. Amsterdam is one. In some countries they don’t have the police force to try to stop it, ie South America, where the war on cocaine is and has been out of control.
