So are you saying that we should all come here bitching about libs and then be proud of funding them?

Of course! Right thinking people are far more concerned with supporting conservative business practices than worrying about inadvertantly funding liberal charities.

Pray tell what word do you think I misunderstand, or is that just a "PeeWee Herman" retort?

No justifying BS changes what they do with it And it ain’t conservative.

Sure it is. They build products that exemplify value creation.

Great. Supporting apple is a conservative thing to do now.

Since the core of your position wholly applies to the porn and abortion industries as well, lets buy their pros\ducts and services too for the reasons you stated. And support them because it’s conservative to do so.

They make good high display resolution, say this 28” 4K monitor at 157 PPI or 3840 x 2160.

http://www.amazon.com/PB287Q-28-Inch-Screen-LED-Lit-Monitor/dp/B00KJGY3TO/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1412826042&sr=8-2&keywords=4k+monitor

But it’s not a Retina screen level where 250 PPI at 20” viewing distance for a 21.5” screen would be about right for an Apple Retina screen iMac. . . Resolution of 4,675 x 2,625. That would be amazing. I suspect Apple may go lower. . . Maybe 220 PPI. That would be more than good enough at that distance. 4,114 x 2,310.

Not at all. Creating a revenue stream is not the same as creating value. That you can't tell the difference is more a function of your sanctimony than right thinking.

Gates is one of the worst people in the world in terms of his “philanthropy” causes.

Some people find all sorts of value in porn and abortion. Thats why they are multi billion dollar industries worldwide. Your surface level logic supports that. It is also the core principle of crony capitalism.

So I will leave you to your lovefest.

Finding value and creating value are most definitely not the same thing, but you obviously can't come up with a cogent reply to the assertion of economic fact; hence your "...I will leave you to your lovefest."

When you can't win, declare victory and leave!

How exactly do you rationalize multi billion dollar industries with no ‘value’? How? In detail. Lets see it.

Obviously their is value to someone. It is there. it exists. It is traded and spent and saved and bought and sold.

And I previously reminded you that Apple is a major sponsor of liberal causes. If you want to promote that, you are what you are.

And I've challenged you to prove it, beyond innuendo and rumor. Apple, as a company has not made large political donations or involved itself in politics. For many years it did not even maintain a large lobbying presence in Washington. It has come under ATTACK by Liberal organizations such as Greenpeace in the past for not doing enough.

Just last year, Apple was attacked by Liberal senators for not paying their "Fair share of taxes," which was more of an attack because they don't donate much to liberal politicians. . . to the point that Apple was accused of paying ZERO TAXES when in fact they paid more US Income Taxes than any other corporation, accounting for one out of every forty collected in business taxes collected in 2012. . . and having an effective tax rate of 27%.

Now, Apple is under assault by the Liberal socialists in the EU, under the same theory—Apple hasn't paid enough taxes— for the same reasons—they didn't grease the right Liberal politicians palms. They simply haven't played the political games.

When asked why Apple did not get involved in Liberal politics and donations, Steve Jobs said "because half of Apple's customers are Republicans." Jobs was a quintessential businessman first and foremost. In his meetings with Obama he told him he was running the economy into the ground and that taxes needed to be lowered on US businesses. . . As did CEO Tim Cook in his testimony before the Senate when Apple was called on the carpet.

Even Steve Jobs' political donations were minimal for a person with his wealth.

Take a look at the millions donated to gun control by Bill Gates and Steve Balmer of Microsoft just this year. . . and the money Bill and Melinda Gates are pouring into Common Core and pushing abortion. It's massive compared to anything you think Apple has done. Don't get me started on Google.

Prove it? you honestly don’t accept the near daily news articles about their donations, the TV commercials filled with social justice? The Eco campaigns? Need I go on? Are you one of 5 people on the planet that somehow missed them?

Just what DO you require for proof? WHAT?

From slate

“Google may have won the day with its rainbow Easter egg, but it wasn’t the only tech giant publicly signaling support for the decision. Apple, which rarely comments publicly on anything, made an exception in this case, issuing a statement to AllThingsD’s Mike Isaac: “Apple strongly supports marriage equality and we consider it a civil rights issue. We applaud the Supreme Court for its decisions today.”

Apple on the environment/globasl warming

Apple on immigration issues

So far left that even Barry said no on this one.

Yup. Hard right clingers they are.

I'm not going to waste my time trying to change the mind of one who is being willfully obtuse, as well as disingenuous. I am engaging you simply as "practice," and you've obviously reached your limit of providing plausible arguments. Now you're simply engaging in rhetorical rope-a-dope.

The operative word here is "creation" not "value."

Perhaps you truly can't understand the difference between dealing in vice, and building top notch computers. If so, it is not for me to provide you with the education, but I can tell you this...your moralizing is as compelling to right thinking individuals as the aforementioned Westboro Baptists are to people of faith.

Got it. Whose running away now? Tell you what. Lets just agree to disagree because you aren’t winning this and I’m not gonna change your mind.

Are you daft? I've destroyed your position and taken your premise apart piece by piece.

That you've been reduced to conflating value and revenue is pretty much as far as one can go in trashing your assertions in this format. Unless you can assert something new, there's nothing left but the grown-up version of "uh huh/nuh uh."

You tried saying there was no ‘value’ in multi billion dollar industries and you claim I am daft?

Buddy, that is stupid on a whole new scale.

To: RegulatorCountry; FlingWingFlyer

I saw another video by a news crew walking the entire 15 block Soho line from beginning to end and it was not homogenous Asian as this implied; it was multi-ethnic. And Apple, as a matter of company policy, turned away the majority of those cherry picked in the video who were not buying for personal use.

On Monday, fourth day of sale, I was in line with my girlfriend for her iPhone 6 at the Sacramento ArdenFair store—I got mine Friday morning—and three Asians got in line wanting to reserve four unlocked iPhone 6 each. . . and were summarily told by the Apple concierge taking line reservations, “No, it is against policy. We will not sell unlocked iPhones.” They conferred and then announced they wanted to buy four T-Mobile iPhone 6 each and were again denied on the basis they appeared to be straw purchases for resale.

I talked with the concierge about this and she said they’ve been turning straw purchasers away at all Apple stores since the phones went on sale. Apple has to make every effort to do show they were doing this or they faced severe difficulty with the Chinese regulators ultimately approving sales in China. . . ergo, the company wide policy: no unlocked iPhone 6es, and no iPhone 6 leaves the stores unattached to a U.S. carrier. So, RegulatorCountry, exactly how were these straw sales accomplished in such large numbers as you and the FUD spreaders claim?

Incidentally, I was by the Arden Fair store yesterday. . . and there is STILL a line up to buy iPhone 6es. . . weeks later. That’s true at every Apple Store. Apple is now over 22 million sold and 5 million pre-orders in China. . . at regular retail, not scalped prices, for delivery starting on October 17. When Apple got final approval for sale in China and started taking pre-orders, they released the unlocked iPhones for sale in the US and began shipping.

Unless that shopping spree is used, I imagine it will help fund lots of abortions, land closures and such.

Since contrary to what one guy here believes, thats the stuff Apple does with your money. Donates it tax writeoff included, to those groups.

I've asked you numerous times to prove your baseless FUD assertions. Please do so. . . Or shut up. It's the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation based on Microsoft money that funds numerous abortions around the world. . . Not Apple.

Swordmaker's new ICD-10 diagnostic code addenda:
