Hydraulic fracturing has been most states for decades, including mine and near where I live.
I would be overjoyed if I our property had a producing well from hydraulic fracturing.

Maybe that's why there are “For Sale” real estate signs near the fracking wells all along the roads. All the neighbors are overjoyed. I hope you like caravans of water trucks driving 65 mph in a 35 mph zone 24/7 using jake brakes. I now a couple that live in Bentlyville,PA. who signed the fracking contract. They were supposed to get a 500 dollar signing bonus plus monthly checks starting last March. So far they received zero dollars. Don't be to overjoyed.
