Maybe that's why there are “For Sale” real estate signs near the fracking wells all along the roads. All the neighbors are overjoyed. I hope you like caravans of water trucks driving 65 mph in a 35 mph zone 24/7 using jake brakes. I now a couple that live in Bentlyville,PA. who signed the fracking contract. They were supposed to get a 500 dollar signing bonus plus monthly checks starting last March. So far they received zero dollars. Don't be to overjoyed.

They are not fracking contracts, that is the NIMBY attempt to scare folks. They sign mineral leases, just like I have.
Keep trying to pretend this is something new and dangerous. I have great protection against that; it is called knowledge.
We started hydraulic fracturing in this country back in 1940s. Most oil/gas wells, shale or not, get hydraulic fracturing stimulation sometime in their lifetime.

It sounds like you have a “traffic” problem not a “fracking” problem. When we bought this house 30 years ago, it was on a dead end street. Then they built a bridge over the bayou and now we live on a race track.
S*** happens! Great house, great yard, we aren’t moving.
