Another case of “When Do Gooders Go Bad” which unfortunately they frequently do. My guess is that she is doing this for money or for the sense of power that this sort of thing gives her, probably both. The only upside is that this wacko did not go into government.
I have seen this *so* many times.
One slip up and somebody loses their beloved pet and the do-gooders ‘dog-nap’ it and get a substantial “adoption fee” *plus* interim “donations for its care” from chronic supporters until they find a “perfect” home for it.
My dogs are chipped and tattooed so don’t anybody effin’ tell me it’s not my dog.
There would be blood.
