What do you mean by, “What if it bombs”? How about, “When it bombs”? ;-)
I don’t watch commercials so I haven’t seen it.
But there’s not a chance in the world I’d watch 5 minutes of an Oprah movie. I don’t support racists of any color.
Sniff sniff....
smells like a bomb.
It looks like the story Hollywood loves to tell - foreigners find the way with the help of a patronizing white person. Maybe I’m wrong.
hopefully it’ll bomb like a Hillary autobiography
Is this movie about all of those severed feet that keep washing up near Seattle?
Don’t know if I’ll see it but what ***I WILL GUARANTEE** is that 10 days before the big opening Oprah will go into a very high-end luxury goods boutique and will suffer some unspeakable racial insult.
Could be in Paris, Geneva, Tokyo —SOME exotic capital SOMEWHERE.
And every station will scream and scream about it, and the “incident” will kick up huge interest in the film.
“Hundred Foot Journey”
The length of her favorite “All You Can Eat” buffet line?
I believe the refrigerators in her house are 100 feet apart. So when she empties out one of them, it’s a “hundred foot journey” to get to the other one.
“Does this movie make my butt look big?”
I stay away from anything that Oprah touches.
F Oprah I hope her stupid movie does bomb..she calls ME racist for not supporting her messiah Obama..I hope she fails and fails miserably
I refuse to support anything she’s associated with.
Oprah movie “Hundred Foot Long Hot Dog”
I’ve seen the trailer in the theatre twice, and I am looking forward to it. It looks hilarious. Helem Mirren is superb, as usual.
It took a while to sink in (I’m not a smart man), but I’ve resolved not to patronize flicks in which it’s highly probable that any character sharing my beliefs will be The Bad Guy.
I read the book a few years ago. There are some great scenes in it. If they stay true to the book, there is no violence, no sex, and a lot about family. Even if Oprah is the producer, I want more movies in this vein. The best way we can get more is to go when they’re in the theater.
This will be the second movie I will go and see in the theater this year. I saw none in 2012 and 2013.
If it is about oppressed back people I will avoid it like the plague...
I saw the previews when I went to see “America”. It looks like a glorified Lifetime movie; predictable sentimentality.
