What was it called back in the 20s under Lenin? New Economic Policy?

They are not capitalists. What I don't get is that under these Alinskyites, the rule of law has been undermined. Without rule of law, including property rights, all those shares, all that intellectual property and real property - it is all controlled at the whim of the dictator of the day.

Yes it was called the New Economic Policy. After the revolution GDP fell something like 50%; Lenin needed “get the economy going again.” Of course once Stalin came to power the NEP was halted and the collectivization of the privately owned farms began.
