Hope you (and all of yinz who’ll be on the thread) had a nice weekend...I can’t help but wonder what additional liberties will be taken from us this July 4 week? The outrages of Obama, the Dems and their RINO GOPe co-horts are destroying America quickly. Did you hear/read the Polosi comments at the southern border? “We are ALL Americans now!” They have destroyed our sovernity and the human suffering, decease and now death (an 11 year old boy) that have been generated in the name of “political agenda” is shameful.
We try not to EVER discuss politics at our Bible study group...but last evening we did. People who, though non informed-but good hearted, votes for “hope&change” now are waking up and realizing what a MESS we are in. I swear at at no point did I say “I told you so!!! Six years ago!!!” But they’re now “getting it!”

PaMom, I heard about some outrage about Pelosi’s remarks, but she says so many outrageous things that I did not pay attention. And what is this about the death of an 11 year old?
I have been out of touch. Sometimes it is all so overwhelming. I’m glad people are FINALLY waking up!! No all are though. Yesterday we saw a bummper sticker on a car saying UMWA for Obama! Sounds like the clueless guy down the street from me - coalminer with an obama sticker STILL in his window. I guess it’s true - you can’t fix stupid!
Wow! Incidentally, Trey Gowdy is among one of my favorites for president! We have several good possibilities this time around - if the GOP-e lets the people choose their own candidate instead of choosing for us. They seem determined that it will be Jeb Bush! Heck no!!!!

Forgot to mention mrs p6 is off this week. We may be doing a few things that may keep me from posing.
In any case there,was a post on voy forums, pgh radio group claiming WPGB is set to go all country the middle of July.
That may be an indicator of when Q&R might come back.
Woo hoo! Just got the vehicle inspected and it was actually CHEAP!
Is there any remote chance at all that they might put Quinn & Rose back on WPGB if the rest of the day is country? Country fans tend to be more conservative, don’t they? Otherwise, how does WPGB going country indicate that Q&R might be back?

Morning AM! Oh boy was Amb. Keyes right!!! He was trying to get the word out about Obama from the very beginning - as were a few others who knew how awful he was!
Well, they could go back but not likely. The station wants to challange for the country audience so they would need a music morning show. Anything is possible but Rose wouldn’t like it, lol!
The post also mentioned they wanted to eliminate all talk.
If WPGB does flip Rush and the rest would want to go somewhere in this market and some owners might jump at that cash cow especially now.
Two stations come to mind. Both AM and poor signal. WJAS and KQV. We know WJAS is considering talk and the owner is set to decide soon.
KQV...the Dickie family may be open to switching. The one I work with certainly tries to be conservative but...well...she means well but doesn’t really grasp the tea party or FreeRepublic for that matter. Don’t know how the others feel.

and that’s 6 country stations in the Burgh.
Why, that’s almost as many as Zanesville!
Well what passes for country, hehehe. It could also be a head fake to throw other stations itching to update or change format.
With CC it could be anything.
