Subway rider: I helped take perv down after being sexually assaulted on train Nicola Briggs recounts how a man exposed himself and rubbed against her in a packed subway train and how she called on other passengers to help detain and shame him until he was arrested. Briggs, whose confrontation with the man went viral on YouTube, says the shame of sex abuse should be put back on the shoulders of the perpetrators. WARNING: GRAPHIC LANGUAGE IN VIDEO.
I was on a southbound No. 4 train en route to Chinatown, where I was going to meet a friend for dinner.
Without warning, a man on the train made the unwise decision to make me the target of a sexual assault. He tried to rub himself against me by taking advantage of a packed subway train.
Im a tai chi instructor who takes mass transit several times a day, so Im used to being on crowded mass transit. But I knew instantly that this encounter on Sept. 4, 2010, was different.
My instinct, and perhaps the God force itself, made me turn around, and I saw this person exposed in front of me, wearing a condom. There really are no proper words to describe the anger and sense of violation that one feels when something like that happens to you.

Snakes on a train.
I figured the public would hold him down, pull out a dull knife and do some surgery right there.
Then I realized this was NYC.
New York? what’d you expect, it’s a liberal city.
want to avoid the freakshow? keep liberals out of your life. this includes liberal cities
Yea........most US American cities are garbage dumps with largely degenerate populations. Its fun to watch the animals in the zoo at a distance, but otherwise....who really cares?
Partially because I don't need to deal with issues like this.
But mostly because I can go for weeks at a time without hearing the F-word, or other crudities, in polite, public conversation. Not because I'm a prude - I know both the language and the tune - but because profanity on a regular basis merely becomes boring and unimaginative.
Well, one less undocumented democrat to worry about.
God *force*? Is that anything like "God's protection" or "God's guidance"? No,I didn't think so.
First thing I thought when I was reading this was he was an illegal and sure enough she wrote “And he was deported”.
An “Act of love.”
Sincerely,
JEB
As someone who rides the Boston transit system reguarlarly and the NYC subway quite often I learned long ago that regardless of how crowded the car might be a guy's *very* wise to always know where his hands are and his "frontal area" is.Just in case!
But mostly because I can go for weeks at a time without hearing the F-word, or other crudities, in polite, public conversation.
I'm known as the straight laced one in my family because my position is that there's no thought that can't be communicated without profanity. It's just the way I was brought up...to at least *pretend* to have a bit of class.
Don't forget that NYC was declared a "sanctuary city" by Mayor Doomberg. And IIRC Cuomo The Lesser has declared that the *State* of New York will not cooperate in any way with the INS in deporting "the most vulnerable among us".
Minor word of caution.
About a year ago I was standing in a fairly long line at Albertson’s. The Express lane, which means no carts. There was a lady right in front of me but I was paying zero attention to her.
Suddenly she spun around and loudly accused me of rubbing myself against her. Ludicrous, as I was at the normal in-line distance of something like 18”. Scared the holey hell out of me, and I began mentally reviewing whether I might accidentally have bumped up against her.
I rapidly backed up and apologized while she continued to scream at me. When she left the clerk and the others in line all reassured me I’d done nothing wrong, and that she was just nuts.
IOW, not ALL accusations of this type of thing are justified.
At any rate, that’s my story and I’m sticking to it.
Give this story an hour, and soon the feminists will come out against this woman. Remember the feminists came out against Miss USA for suggesting women should be able to defend themselves.
Do deported criminals ever face any PUNISHMENT for their crimes? Or is it just a “get out of jail free” card, tag and release program kind of thing?
And you know he will just turn around and come right back in.
