You can count on Obama to increase legal immigration from those areas.
I think he should personally go and see how bad things may be on the ground in those countries. Maybe some even have a golf course for him to partake of.
I don't think so. Ebola spreads much more rapidly in crowded areas such as cities (his voters) and among those with weakened immune systems (druggies and gays, two groups Obama identifies with for obvious reasons). I think he'll care about keeping Ebola out, unlike most things he does that harm America. If I'm wrong, this could get ugly (no matter what, I suspect Obama wants things to get ugly, just not in a manner that hurts his voters more than it hurts productive people.
