I had a couple sliders for lunch...of BACON EXPLOSION! Ooooh, dearie me, tri-tip wrapped in sausage with bacon bits and diced Jalapenos, rolled up and held together with a thick cross-hatching of BACON! Smother it in barbecue sauce, slice it and slap it on a bun. Nirvana.

Man it looked so good...so I bought one. It’s an undeniable treat, but...It has Italian sausage, which is a little sweet, so....I made my own, with good old Jimmy Dean Original. Now we’re talking! Try it... for a savory indulgence.
