We had a young Manhattan transplant in our marketing department in San Francisco. She was not comfortable even in SF. She said that her worst nightmare would be to be tied up and forced to listen to Country & Western music. I doubt that most Liberal New Yorkers would be comfortable in flyover country. Rob Astorino is a good man, and has a decent chance of winning against Cuomo, IF NYers support him.
Astorino has been called a long shot before when he ran for Westchester County Executive, but yet won by a landslide in a heavily Dem county.
