The cops would taser a guy in a wheelchair. Why didn’t they just taser this scum?

That’s exactly what I was thinking. In this case I wouldn’t mind them tazering the bastard.

Wait a minute! I didn’t know Alec was homophobic. Maybe there’s has a saving grace after all. On second thought ... lose the key.

NYC is a sanctuary city, is it not? I thought the police were prohibited from asking for id. You know - so the illegals will feel...American.
Isn’t this racism to ask for id from AB?

Amen to that! Can I help? We could teach that boy some manners real quick.

Looks like Alec Baldwin has maybe spent all of his Liberal Exemption Chits.
I wonder if it is now Alec Baldwin open season in NYC.
I would suggest he move to city that is a little more tolerant. Dallas? Worked for Beck. Palm Beach? Worked for Rush.

he was stopped by police for cycling his bike the wrong way down Fifth Avenue and one of the reasons he was arrested was because he did not have any identification on him
No papers...boy oh boy
To: dennisw
Hey, why wouldn’t Blommberg’s Finest cuff him? Baldwin riding the wrong way is far more dangerous to himself than a 32-ounce soft drink.

No kidding. But, don’t ask illegals for ID when they’re working, going to school or voting here. That’s raciss.

Too bad he wasn’t voting.

When police are handing out a summons to someone who has no ID, they bring the person to the police station. With no ID how do they know it's the same person they have a summons for?

No fan of Alec Baldwin, but one would think with all the crime going down in NYC, the NYPD would have more important things to do then using two cops to effect an arrest for going the wrong way on a bicycle. Many dont carry ID while bicycling, and a ticket in lieu of arrest would have served the purpose.I agree. But such is the nature of police states.

Somewhere in Baldwin’s head is a Libertarian screaming to be free.

I am disgusted by the number of so-called “constitutional conservatives” who are cheering for unlawful police brutality against ANY U.S. citizen. You are no better than the leftists that cheered on Lois Lerner.

Many dont carry ID while bicycling, and a ticket in lieu of arrest would have served the purpose. But how can you ticket someone who has no ID, and could thus offer just about any fictitious name and false address?
