UPDATE: The headline in this story has been updated to reflect that Latham did not take the girl for the abortion. It appears her mother took her for the abortion.
In September, Allen County Right to Life filed a consumer complaint with the Indiana Medical Licensing Board against the abortionist, Dr. Ulrich Klopfer, in Fort Wayne, because Klopfer performed an abortions on a 13-year-old girl and didnt report the abuse as required by Indiana Law.
The statute is clear that all abortions being done on individuals under 14 years old must be reported to Indiana Child Protective Services and the Indiana State Department of Health within three business days. This apparently did not happen.
ronteThere are two other pending complaints against Dr. Klopher in Lake and St Joe County for not reporting abortions on girls under 14.
Today a Fort Wayne man is facing child molesting charges after he allegedly raped a 13-year-old girl. Police state Ronte L. Latham, 21, met the victim while he was working at the Weisser Park Youth Center. Latham told police he did not know the girls age and did not ask how old she was. Latham confirmed to police that he and the victim met while he was working at the Weisser Park Youth Center, but he didnt talk to her at that point, as it was not allowed to be that way with the kids.
The 13 year old girl became pregnant and had an abortion in February 2013.
Allen County Right to Life was aware of this 13-year-old girl having an abortion (non-identifying information only on her) and the abortionist not reporting it. This is the 13-year-old child that Allen County Right to Life reported in September for Dr Klopfer not following Indiana Law and reporting it.
This is precisely why child sexual abuse must be reported by the abortionist when a child conceives as a result of a rape and the baby is aborted. The perpetrators are protected when these horrific acts of sexual abuse targeting children when proper reporting does not occur or is delayed. Reporting as required by Indiana State Law should prompt an immediate investigation by authorities. It is unclear if reporting laws were followed in this case, states Cathie Humbarger, Executive Director of Allen County Right to Life.
During an interview with police, the victim said Latham, who was 19 at the time they had sex, knew how old she was. She also admitted that she knew how old Latham was.
On Monday, Latham was charged with two felony counts of child molesting.
LifeNews Note: Monica Kelsey always knew she was adopted, but it wasnt until age 37 that she learned the circumstances of her conception. Monicas birthmother was brutally raped and became pregnant at 17 years old. Even though abortion was illegal in 1972, she sought an abortion to get her life back. After being taken to a secretly located abortion facility, Monicas birthmother had second thoughts because she knew the procedure was illegal. The doctor should be charged with misprison of a felony.
But, your Honor, she looked 15...
Abortionists are pro-rape. It keeps them in business.
Businesses have to card drinkers and smokers up to age 25 and beyond.
A doctor/slayer saying that someone who is under 18 “looked old enough” does not pass credible muster.
Planned Parenthood has been caught repeatedly on tape coaching minors to lie so that their cases are not investigated (which frees a rapist to commit more crimes without prosecution).
Pro-abort fans oppose parental notification laws. Where would a 14-year old get enough money to pay for an abortion on her own? From her sugar daddy who wants the evidence of his crime disposed of?
“Where would a 14-year old get enough money to pay for an abortion on her own? “
Unless it’s in Cabell County, WV. Then it really was from her daddy who was the one who got her pregnant. Either way the abortion clinic did not report it to CPS.
Update. Turns out this ‘doctor’ had a personal stash of over 2000 babies on his property. Found after he died.
