Thanks hoagy62. Only an earthquake, big deal. ;') I seem to recall that Alaska also endured a big-assed flood one time, either a precipitous melting of the previous winter's snow, or just a lot of rain. That was 1960s as well. And don't forget the Lituya Bay tsunami in the 1950s, the water peaked at 1700 feet altitude.
